Gameplay:
-Reterrained part of the eastern side of the map to make trading more fair for both empires
-Ships can now sail down waterfalls, but not up.
-Empire gold income now comes every 60 seconds (as opposed to a random time between 60 and 120 seconds)
-Leaver gold is set to 50% of Networth
-Hide now cancels Barrier and hides the ship
-Consumables can now be bought and will stack even if your inventory is full
-Vote order now goes: No Traders > Accelerated/NT > Normal > Accelerated > Capfest > Same Random Ships
-Cannon Towers now deal 30-40 damage, no longer repair themselves
-Side Harbors no longer repair themselves
-Main Harbors no longer repair themselves, have 20,000 Hit Points, and deal 90-110 damage with 1125 range
-Decreased Imperial Rowboat’s Hit Points (from 130 to 100)
-Decreased Imperial Battleship’s Hit Points (from 520 to 400)
-Decreased Imperial Cruiser’s Hit Points (from 1950 to 1500)
-Imperial Rowboat average bounty: 20
-Imperial Battleship average bounty: 40
-Imperial Cruiser average bounty: 80
-Seamonster now automatically summons tentacles upon being summoned
-Removed Seamonster bounty (from 300 to 0)
-All ships are invulnerable for 2 seconds after they respawn

-All Ships: Sail Speed ability buffed from 9/18/27/36/45/54 to 10/20/30/40/50/60, Onboard Mechanics crew buffed from 2/4/6/9/12/15 to 2/4/7/11/15/20, SWEEPING CHANGES across base hp and maximum hp as well as new variations in the amount of hp per level of the hull abilities, SWEEPING CHANGES across prices of ships
-Sailor: Captain’s Cannon buffed from 40/72/104/136/168/200 to 40/80/120/160/200/240 damage
-Interceptor: Intercept has a decreased cooldown (35 to 25) and removes snare effects, now costs 1300, speed from 250 to 240
-Crusader: Net leveling changed to 1/6/11/16, now costs 1300, speed from 240 to 235, bounty from 250 to 200, increased Fishing Net cast time from .35s to .45s

-Battle Royal: added the Broadside ability, removed Onboard Mechanics Crew, Speed from 215 to 205, decreased cooldown on Acid Bomb (from 60s to 45s), armor from 12 to 10, bounty from 850 to 600, Acid Bomb damage and armor decrease nerfed (200dps->150, 15->10)
-Black Pearl: added the Ballista ability, Nerfed Pirate Crew (200 to 150 damage), speed from 280 to 250, armor from 10 to 8, bounty from 1000 to 600
