Gameplay:
-max level changed from 20 to 24, changed some abilty levels so that a max level ship can have all skills learned
-hp, average damages, and average bounties on empire ships increased by 30%
-tower damage increased by 30%, projectile speeds increased by 50%, repair rate to 7.5 hp/sec, hp from 6500 to 7500
-Harbor attack cooldown from 1 second to .75 second, Main Harbor attack cooldown from .9 second to .5 second
-Harbor repair rate to 10 hp/sec
-Main Harbor hp from 20000 to 30000, repair rate to 30 hp/sec
-completely reworked the gold dump function to not glitch when someone leaves and to be able to support -gd x, keeping x gold but giving rest to allies, now gives to allied players directly instead of through empire

Glitches:
-added a new non-stackability method for all Hulls, Sails, Repair Woods, and Repair Crews, i.e. a Hull can stack with a Sail, but not with another Hull (this method is fullproof, you may not buy 2 Hulls really fast and keep an extra one, etc.)
-fixed hotkey to be S on Ship Sails
-fixed hotkey to be B on Goblin Bomber

Items:
-Hulls: Stone Hull hp bonus from 100 to 200, costs of hulls rebalanced according to new formula
-Sails: Outboard Propellor from 200% to 125%, costs of sails rebalanced according to new formula
-Spies: hp from 1000 to 2000
-took out Submarine Only items
-changed price of Advanced Sniper Rifle from 7000 to 8000, balanced damage accordingly
-Smoke Machine (item): duration from 10 to 8, cooldown from 70 to 48
-Integrated Smoke Machine (item): duration from 30 to 15, cooldown from 240 to 90
-Heavy Teleporter: range from 2000 to 2400, cooldown from 120 to 100, price from 2000 to 2100
-Vulcan: cost from 19000 to 17000, dps from 400 to 460
-Nuke: range from 1500 to 1000, cost from 17500 to 15000, dps from 250 to 310
-Arrow Cannon: damage per hit from 6 to 7
-allowed charged items of the same type to stack in one inventory spot
-moved item Grandmaster Craftsmen to Street Merchant, added a 60 second cooldown to it, price from 1000 to 2500
-moved Structures Only Weapons to Goblin Bomb Shop
-moved Bombard Cannon to Heavy Weapons Shop
-added weapon Mortar Cannon (Goblin Bomb Shop): 8000 gold, 700 range, 700 damage, 2 second cooldown (350 dps), structures only
-added weapon Harpoon Cannon (Weapons Shop): 800 gold, 1100 range, 24 damage, .8 second cooldown (30 dps), ships only
-added weapon Oblivion Cannon (Weapons Shop): 500 gold. 1300 range, 19 damage, .9 second cooldown (21.11 dps), ships and structures
-added item Replicator (Goblin Bomb Shop): 6000 gold, 600 range, 75 second cooldown, creates a replicate of a target hero ship for 10 seconds, replicate fires weapons normally and takes normal damage
-added item Ipeonrusher (charged)(Street Merchant): 150 gold (per charge), 10 second cooldown, increases movespeed of your ship and nearby allied ships by 50% for 10 seconds
-added item Quantum Accelerator (charged)(Street Merchant): 150 gold (per charge), 10 second cooldown, increases movespeed of your ship by 100% for 10 seconds
-allowed carrying of multiple Nukes and Vulcans
-added item Sked Shell (Goblin Bomb Shop)(Non-Stackable): 15000 gold, 125% speed increase, 1500 hp, 15 armor, 70 hp/sec regen
-changed Kraken Shell: hp from 1500 to 1000, armor from 15 to 10, added a 15 hp/sec repair rate
-added item Spare Planks (charged)(Street Merchant): 100 gold, repairs a target allied ship for 500 hp over 10 seconds, stops repairing if the ship is hit during the duration
-added item Ahrmed Phaser (charged)(Street Merchant): 100 gold, 20 second cooldown, teleports a 1200 distance
-added item Call Helicopter (charged)(Street Merchant): 800 gold, calls a 500 hp, 0 armor, 350 movespeed helicopter with truesight for 540 seconds

Ships:
-Crusader: hp from 750 to 500, Net from 6 seconds to 4 seconds, Capsize damage from 250/500/750/1000/1250/1500 to 150/300/450/600/750/900, movement speed from 230 to 215; cost from 1300 to 1000, bounty from 250 to 200
-Submarine: (removed submarine-only torpedo weapons) Echo-Location cast time from 1.3 to 0, now a hero ability, duration from 30 to 15, cooldown from 120 to 60, renamed Dive Dive! to Dive, fixed tooltip consistency
-Ship Sails movement speed bonus from 5/14/23/32/41/50% to 9/18/27/36/45/54%
-Interceptor: base hp from 600 to 450, armor from 2 to 1
-Sea Punishser: base movement speed from 180 to 190, cooldown on Hull Repair from 50 to 35
-Destroyer: base movement speed from 160 to 180
-Dominator: base movement speed from 180 to 160, Slow Aura slow from 10/15/20/25/30% to 7/14/21/28/35%
-Juggernaut: Sail Ripper Cannon cooldown from 40 to 30 seconds
-Battle Royal: armor from 8 to 12, Acid Bomb duration from 5 to 12, armor decrease from 5 to 15, damage per second (primary target) from 150 to 200, slow from 30% to 40%
-Elven Predator: base movement speed from 160 to 190, Detector Flare aoe from 1200 to 1800, cast time from 1.3 to 0, cooldown from 120 to 80
-Ghost Armada: Ghost Crew: number of boats from 3/4/5/6/7/8 to 4/6/8/10/12/14, Aura of Fright duration from 2.5 to 3.5

Trading:
-Oil Contract gold from 50 to 0
-price of Treasure contract from 1000 to 2000
-Merchant cost from 4500 to 5000
-fixed Oil Contract tooltip consistency
-fixed typo on Advanced Defenses that said Trader instead of Merchant
