Gameplay:
-All towers and side harbors must now be destroyed before the main harbor becomes vulnerable (New anti-backdooring system)
-Removed spies, wards, helicopters, informant, flare, barrier, grandmaster repair, structures only weapons, kraken shell, sked shell, and snipers
-Accelerated mode now levels your ship to 5
-Capfest mode:
Disabled all weapons, start with heavy teleporter and outboard propeller, level 1 all skills maxed, no xp, 75 kills to win
-Crusaders can't carry hulls
-tealsea, -pinksea, -graysea, -brownsea, -spookysea
-Changed cruiser icon back to an earlier version
-All ships now move 30 sailspeed faster
-New Items: Heavy Warp Phaser, Engisgn, Lieutenant, Commander, Captain, and Admiral Shells
-Main abilities have level skip requirement (89 style) back in place
-Acid Bomb ability changed to hotkey B
-All teleporters, smoke machines, and woods placed on seaparate cooldowns
-Empire ships give 30% more bounty
-Repair rate lowered at flux repair system

Balancing:
-notate splash radius capsize
-Stone Hull removed armor, HP bonus now 300
-Bronze Hull removed armor, HP bonus now 750
-Gold Hull removed armor, HP bonus now 1500
-Oblivion from 550 to 625, ranged reduced from 1100 to 1025
-Molotov Cocktail from 5250 to 5400
-Boulder from 1700 to 1650
-Corpse from 3000 to 2800
-Bowmen from 1k to 950
-Cold Arrows from 1700 to 1300, range from 700 to 750, ships only isntead of heroes only
-Trader HP from 50 to 75 hp
-Goblin scout crew from 500 to 400
-crusader changed from 1000 to 1300 cost, 500 to 750 hp.
-Seamonster now moves at 180 sailspeed, lasts 80s on all levels, spawns 3/5/7/9/11 tentacles per level intead of 5/7/9/11/13, given a bounty of 50/100/150/200/250.
-Outboard Propeller 4k to 4.6k, 125% to 150%
-Battle Royale from 10k HP to 10.5k HP
-Replicator from 6k to 5k
-Net duration from 5s to 4s; cooldown from 35s to 30s.
-Frag-Fire range from 1000 to 1050; price from 10500 to 10750
-Multirocket price from 600 to 550
-Quantum Accelerator from 75 to 50
-Ipeonrusher from 75 to 50
-Disrupt Beacon now has unlimited range
-Buffed Freeze Water from 375/500/625/750/875 to 400/550/700/850/1000 damage
-Glaive Thrower changed to 250 dmg with 2.2s cooldown
-Raised Side Harbor bounties from 500 gold to 750 gold
-Bombards changed to 45 damage instead of 50
-dest and dom speeds switched (dest now 190 dom 210)
-Goblin Junker HP from 700 to 850, speed set to 230
-Seamonster given a bounty of 300 gold
-Buffed Elven Predator birds 20%
-Interceptor changed to 1000 gold (from 1200), hitpoints from 450 to 500
-Disrupt Beacon level requirement is now 6 (from 8)
-Electromagnetic Pulse level requirement is now 6 (from 8)
-Sail Ripper level requirement is now 8 (from 10)
-Send Spy level requirement is now 8 (from 10)
-Fishing Net level requirement is now 4
-Spawn Seamonste ability cooldown from 120 to 180 seconds
-Destroyer now costs 2600
-Spare planks now heals 1500 instead of 1000
-Increased freeze water cooldown to 60seconds; decreased aoe by 100 (700 to 600)
-Increased cast range on goblin repair crew from 100 to 150 to heal some towers
-Heavy teleporter priced at 1050, cooldown reduced from 70s to 50s
-New Smoke Machine stats: Price 1400, duration 10s, cooldown 40s
-New Integrated Smoke Machine stats: Price 2100, duration 20s, cooldown 80s
-Great sail now costs 500 (from 425)

Fixes:
-Many tooltip fixes
-Golden Statue now drops on death
-"spybird" glitch fixed
-Fixed a glitch that allowed you to buy ships in Same Random Ships Mode
-Fixed a glitch that allowed you to repair without being in the repair bay (lowered radius of aura)
